El cine refleja los cambios sociales
Reconocido por crear atmósferas macabras y terroríficas, el direc-
tor Alfred Hitchcock estrenó Psicosis (Psycho) en 1960. En 1962 se
presentaron la primera película de James Bond, Dr. No, y el fil-
me The Manchurian Candidate. También cosecharon elogios, fama y
muchos galardones La Dolce Vita (1960); The Sound of Mu-
sic (1965); The Pink Panther (1963); 2001 A Space Odys-
sey (1968); Doctor Zhivago (1965) —nominada a 10 Premios Oscar—;
y The Graduate, In the Heat of the Night y Guess Who’s Coming to Din-
ner (las tres en 1967).
